Sarah Prisca

Fusion has always been a part of my life; from my bicultural Congolese/Ivorian upbringing; to living in the mixing bowl that is New York City; and even from age 3 - when I unknowingly pieced together my future. I randomly nicknamed myself “Mateba.” I recently found out it means “to fulfill one’s promise.” I’ve always had a passion for fashion and after being blessed with a full time career as a fashion creator, I knew I would eventually have to create something to share with the world.
